Biodiversity at Drift Creek Camp

Drift Creek Camp is blessed with the unique ecosystem of a late succession coastal rainforest. We started an initiative to inventory this biodiversity with our first bioblitz on May 23-4, 2008.  A team of 15 naturalists, educators and nature enthusiasts identified 200+ organisms in this event. We have kept up the search with many of these specialists returning and bringing others with them and presently have 700+ species, check out these links.
