Drift Creek Camp’s Counselor in Training Program is designed
to mentor and train future counselors through providing service work that is
integral to camp operations. The program is open to youth ages 13-17. Our goal is to form a foundational
experience through Christian hospitality that will develop skills for future
ministry. This challenging opportunity
requires an attitude of service and a strong work ethic, through which we hope
to foster spiritual growth and the value of working with others. This important
“behind the scenes” work ensures that campers have the best experience possible
while at Drift Creek.
